To continuously improve member engagement and overall conversion efficiency, the Customer Support Department will conduct its second comprehensive membership maintenance campaign of the year on October 1. The campaign will focus on members who have not completed their first deposit or have not generated valid betting activity for an extended period.
1. Membership Recovery Scope
Members meeting any of the following conditions will be included in the current recovery process.
1. Registered Members Who Have Not Made a Deposit
Members who have completed registration but have not made their first deposit for more than 30 consecutive days will be included in the recovery scope.
2. Members with No Recent Betting Activity
Members who have not generated any valid betting activity for more than 60 consecutive days since their last valid bet will also be included.
2. Recovery and Subsequent Membership Support
Members who meet the recovery criteria will be classified as “Long-Term Inactive Members.” The company will complete the recovery process and transfer these accounts to management under the official team.
Following completion of the recovery process, the official customer support team will be responsible for subsequent membership management and engagement. This includes member follow-ups, user reactivation, re-engagement of inactive members, activity notifications, promotional communications, deposit guidance and retention support.
